The brand new Fleshlight comes with a plastic rod inside that ensures that the inner channel does not stick during shipping and storage. Before the first use, this rod should be removed and thrown away. For easier handling, we recommend removing the soft insert from the sturdy plastic cover. It would also be advisable to clean this insert with water once. The soft insert made of the special SuperSkin material can then be inserted back into the case and your Fleshlight is ready to go.
